Join the Southern Ohio Copperheads at Bob Wren Stadium for our Turn It Gold Hit-A-Thon as players step into the batting cage to raise money for Gibbs Weaver and his family. During the event, every fair ball that lands in the outfield will count as a hit, and fans can pledge a donation for each hit to help ease the financial burden that often accompanies a cancer diagnosis.
Whether you pledge per hit, make a one-time gift, or simply come out to show your support, we'd love to have you join us. To make a pledge, contact our Director of Community Engagement, Braeden Bard, at braedenbard@copperheadbaseball.com, or make a donation at the event. Attendance is free, and all are welcome to be part of this special evening.
Together, we'll turn every swing into support, every hit into hope, and every donation into a reminder that community can grow faster than any cancer cell.
