The Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League's (GLSCL) purpose is to promote amateur baseball for collegiate athletes by operating an amateur league of baseball teams, to provide the opportunity for improvement of the student athletes so that they may merit consideration for college scholarships when available or professional opportunities when eligible and so that the caliber of college baseball may improve through the competition, coaching, and experience gained by college athletes through our league.
